More Amazon deals: TV sets and Edward Scissorhands

Two more Amazon sales: 40% off a whole slew of TV DVDs, including Seinfeld, Newsradio, Stargate, and Soap (the last of which is still, imho, one of the great shows of all time).

They've also got the new Edward Scissorhands Collectible Tin Anniversary Edition for 50% off, at $9.98. That's a great deal, but from what I've heard, the only difference between the new edition and the last one is that it comes in a tin. Still, a good deal if you need the movie.

The various British DVD deals I mentioned last week are still going, as well, although I've noticed that they're creeped the price back up on a few items.

Oh, and for the folks who are a lot more insane than I am, Gottadeal, as always, is posting Black Friday deals. There are a few nice ones so far (Kmart's selling a GBA SP with two games for $80, etc), but nothing that makes me want to wake up at ass-thirty in the morning and fight the crowds.

I broke down and ordered "The Complete Jeeves & Wooster" and (as a Christmas present for Dave, *shhhh*) "Neverwhere." The whole order cost me less than $75. Awesome.

They've been pushing cult TV series a lot recently. I think they're finally recognizing the sort of shows that get people's attention.
