Last night wasn't just funny. It was possible as funny as a show can get. The Godzilla stuff at the beginning forced us to pause multiple times to calm down from the laughter (and it's replaced the Chicken Dance as the best group moment on the show).

And I don't think Ron Howard's narrator gets nearly enough credit. Damn, he's funny.

WIthout spoilers, though, the single greatest moment was the fake "coming next week" at the end of the second episode. Continuity! :-)

I couldn't laugh too hard, because I watched it at 1:30 am, but that was an incredible payoff. Just incredible.

I love that you have GOB and Lindsay doing the chicken dance as an animated user icon. So jealous! My wife and I always crack each other up doing imitating the various chicken impersonations from this show.

I don't know why we had to bleep that part out. It would have been a great moment.

But I still love the Andy Griffith running joke that ends with "No one is making fun of Andy Griffith. We cannot emphasize that enough."

That show actually broke us. We had to pause the TiVo while neither of us could breathe because of hysterical laughter. Afterwards, both of us had wet spots on our shirts from wiping away the tears.

Anyone notice how Lindsay said "Oh, come ON!" like Gob always does?
