I am playing now and got a Krimbo miracle, all 6 Elf items dropped in one fight.

I've seen some people report these on the forums. I've only gotten as many as three at a time. Then again, I also haven't been using a fairy (been sticking with my GPoaS, since the elves supposedly ramp up based on your level) -- did you use one?

I was using
stinky gravy fairy 18lbs
sympathy/empathy/leash

My standard drop is 2 with that, with a fair amount of 3/4 drops. No 5 drops

I had been using that set up, plus Baron Monocle, and gnauga whip, but that was getting me hammered

I'll likely lower my stats, and increase my protective spells, and add back in the whip/monocle and Phat Loot
