1. The WB, in a fit of asshattery stolen from ABC, has decided to play a game of Tivo busting, and is running the season finale of Gilmore Girls two extra minutes tonight. Now, if Gilmore Girls were actually good this year, that would be one thing. But since GG isn't a tenth as good as either House or Veronica Mars (the shows it's hoping to knock out at 9), we're telling them to go fuck themselves, and cutting the show off at 9. That said, anyone who sticks with it, please feel free to spoil those final two minutes in the comment section.
2. The iTunes store now sells episodes of Buffy and Firefly. No Angel, though.
3. Big Love just keeps getting better and better. And a lot of that rests on Chloƫ Sevigny; casting her was an inspired choice. Not that the rest of the cast is shabby, either.
4. Still haven't watched the most recent Sopranos or Medium, nor have we seen any Prison Break eps since the hiatus. Seriously. We're going to have a marathon soon.
5. Am very concerned about the upcoming two-part season finale of CSI. The clues at the picture they've posted make things look really bad for one of my favorite characters. Although they keep changing things there, and I suspect they're being deliberately vague.
6. Finally, Lost fans can visit the Hanso Foundation online.

Date: 2006-05-09 07:26 pm (UTC)We were both saying how much we think your Pop Culture commentary is outstanding, and we especially dig your Halloween/ F13/ NoES countdowns. In fact, we think that they, along with other similar things, should be in your first book.
Mail me a draft by, say, Tuesday. (next Tuesday, of course)
Thanks
