We were flipping around the television the other night and on one of those Talent Show / Reality Show things there was a magician who was GOB incarnate -- all the same cheesy, showy moves, all that delighted arrogance. It was hilarious.

Did the first Segway actually garner that much interest? Who in their right mind would want one of these things outside of rich yuppies?

Anyone else who's rich with money to throw around. Actually, depending on the price point, they make a compelling case on an environmental level, as well as a way to save on gas in general (although top speed would be a crucial factor).
