Ken Jennings, providing errata for Brainiac: "P 103. The West Wing isn’t “lauded by critics” anymore, because it’s been cancelled. Neither is Gilmore Girls, because the Palladinos left and it sort of sucks now."

Of course, it also sort of sucked (and blew) last season, back when the Palladinos were still there. But at leas then it was only foisting one incredibly sucktastic couple (Lane and Zach) on us.

Loreli/Christopher makes me long for the young emo-love of Lane/Zach. Or even Loreli/Jason. Hell, bring back Rory/Paris. No wait, that last one was just a wonderful dream I had...

But seriously, yeah--Lorelai/Christopher? Yuck. I used to like this show. Then everyone got abysmally, aggressively, arrogantly stupid so they could run with idiot plots and contrived conflicts.

the Lorelai/Christopher thing just doesn't make sense to me. Hate it!

I find Lorelai/Christopher an interesting pairing, actually, and kinda think that Lorelai needed to go down that road so that in the end she'll know it just wouldn't work and can get on with her life.

I've liked this season for the most part up until the last episode which was a totally dismal clunker. Note that I haven't *loved* this season as in the old days, but I've thought it decent.
