Every year, when I see the list of Hugo nominations, I mentally "hear" the final category in Arnie's "Not a Tumah" voice from Kindergarten Cop:

Arnie: The John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer.

Boy: It might be a Hugo.

Arnie: It's not a Hugo!
