Want to get from NYC to Dublin?

Step 23 is the one that stands out.

That's fantastic. Made me laugh especially hard since I would kill to be in Ireland with my man right now.

I love how they take you to the end of Long Wharf, like that's the shortest path. At least it more or less follows the Gulf Stream into the Channel. *snerk*

I think it's even more amusing that the route goes through Boston, then to France, through Great Britain, and on to Dublin.

I tried starting from somewhere else (in this case Atlanta, GA) and it still had me go up to New York before swimming across the Atlantic Ocean...

Me too, from Phoenix, and into France, which I have to say seems a bit impractical. I mean, why not into Limerick and skip all that France/UK stuff. My passport's already going to be absolutely *drenched* and the stamps aren't going to mark very well.

It wouldn't let me calculate Orlando,FL to Tokyo,JPN or even Los Angeles to Tokyo, JPN; because that would be silly.

It wouldn't even let me calculate Phoenix, AZ to Mexico City... that just seems odd.

Funny how we're able to swim across the Atlantic, but the instructions don't say if we must swim or take the ferry across the Channel or the Irish Sea. Says she who's taking the ferry to Calais next week. ;) (I'm a wimp. :)
