chefdcb, but thanks to desperance, hangingfire, and chris_walsh, I'm very aware of the bacon profiteroles. And now so are all of you. :-)
Also, I was already well-aware of the Vosges Bacon Bars. And yes, I would like approximately four thousand of them. If they taste half as good as the bacon truffles did, they'll be amazing.
