Father's Day, so far

1. Trip to the Deluxe Town Diner. I did not get bacon, as the corned beef hash there is just too good to pass up. I did have huevos rancheros, which were damned good. 'song had a sweet potato waffle and hash browns, and Elayna had a bagel and some Frosted Flakes.

2. Gifts from family include cards, a homemade bookmark (one of Elayna's traditional gifts), the Binary Dad shirt, Roger Ebert's Your Movie Sucks, and the Ark of the Covenant. I opened the last one to kill any residual Nazis hanging out at the house.

3. Later, we'll be seeing Pirates of the Caribbean 3 and getting ice cream.

It's a good day, and I've got a great family.
