It's actually 4.5.

My wife is a big Subterranean Press fan and, in your honor, I just peeled the plastic off "The Sagan Diary," a "long novelette" that is Jane Sagan doing some reminiscing.

Don't forget the chapbook "Questions for a Soldier", which incidentally introduces one of the characters from The Last Colony.

Pretty good. Basically, it's John Perry making a PR visit to New Goa and answering questions from the colonists (including Savitri, of course).

It doesn't really move the universe forward in any real way; if anything, it's mostly a condensation of the whole setup from OMW into a short Q & A infodump. (Though we do see a bit more of Perry's personality than we might otherwise.)

That makes sense chronologically.

I was just teasing about adding the .5 of a book.

Your way actually makes more sense.

That's cool! I just finished reading Old Man's War, and really loved it.

Hurray! I've really enjoyed the Old Man's War series, so I'm glad to hear that there'll be another book in that setting.
