yendiAlas, the movie is not a Walt Whitman adaptation. But it does star Edward Norton and Tim Blake Nelson.
Incidentally, if there ever is a Walt Whitman movie adaptation, it should be directed by Whit Stillman, just to trip up all the Entertainment Tonight anchors trying to not confuse the names.
