We're talking the same Robert Bork who called the 9th amendment "an inkblot"? The ostensibly intellectual jurist who couldn't abide the notion that the government is not allowed to run everything everywhere for everybody? And still considered himself a "conservative"?
Yeah. Some endorsement. But fully in keeping with my opinion of Romney.
