According to Cheryl Morgan's Hugo Awards liveblog, Steven Moffat just won the Hugo (again) for "Blink."

I was sad for Paul Cornell. He was up for a Who episode too, but lost to Moffat again, as he predicted. Oh well.

I do feel bad for him, as his episodes were incredible (and more essential to the overall arc for that season).

I would've had a difficult time choosing between Blink and Human Nature/Family of Blood. I thought they were both excellent stories.
