That, or it's a fraud, and someone simply stuck a strawberry inside a tomato. I know that Loverboy had a famous song in which they sang "strawberry and tomato DNA just won't splice," after all. And I trust them.
Lack of credibility: while the tomato is clearly sliced, the strawberry is not. I don't see how that is possible, unless the woman sliced around the edge. However, why would she if she had no idea there was something inside? It just doesn't add up.
