1. Over at Making Light, [livejournal.com profile] pnh links to this superb slacktivist article on utilities and deregulation.

2. But that's nothing compared to John Rogers -- show runner on Leverage -- taking the piss out of Breinbart's BigHollywood.com.

3. I'm completely intrigued by Sato Kenji's site. Particularly the blog.

4. Murray Chass has some interesting thoughts on the J.C. Romero suspension (and the timing involved).

5. Finally, Sony has decided to take on Flip Video with their own cheap portable camera. Alas, since their software doesn't support Macs, we'll be getting the Flip.

Regarding #2, Kung Fu Monkey has rapidly become my favorite blog (and I've only been there a week, and only because Mark Waid posts there now).

Since the Sony just records MPEG-4, can't you just use the Mac's own video software, if you want it?

regarding 4, i was reading something about how romero cleared it with some nutritionists and they said it was ok, and so did MLB, until they reversed their decision, and blah blah blah its all a ring of circles and questions. i dont think its fair to lump the three in the same ring together. and come on, that part about the nine year old was pointless pandering BS.

on the other hand, thoughts on Corky Robinson and the lack of Rickey Henderson?
