Looks like Joe Arpaio has a rival for the title of World's Scummiest Sherif.

That said, this guy's an amateur compared to Arpaio. Still, minor-leaguers have to start somewhere.

I suspect it was the news about him going to jail that caught their eye.

That said, although this guy is scum, the fact that there's a law that allows him to have the insane conflict of interest in the firsts place is a little horrifying.
