. . . would be the Annie, which certified Kung-Fu Panda as the year's best animated film. Over Wall-E.

I'm willing to buy that I don't understand enough about the technical side to understand why it deserved most of the technical awards it won. But Best Animated Feature? No way.

Apparently animators still prefer cartoons to be funny. I'm disappointed, but not entirely surprised.

I enjoyed KFP more than Wall-E.

After the Earth bound segment I felt Wall-E was rather generic and boring.

Wall-E just didn't sell it to me the whole movie.

Your mileage obviously varied.

I still think Incredibles is the best adult oriented of the Pixar movies.

I was a little dumbfounded when I saw that last night. It will be interesting to see how the Academy Awards go.
