It looks like you should not have much problem getting at least a couple. In my 6 rock fish stomachs I got two lobsters, and bought an ultra cheap one, and a set of the rubberbands from someone in the mall.
Oddly my floaty rock is gone. Not in my DC, closet, store or anywhere else. And if I'd have used it I should have a rock lobster larva, or a full familiar.
I made another one, but now I have to decide if I make the lobster, equip it, and hope for more floaty sand, and hope that I can get 125 floaty sands before the event runs its course.
