Work and other stress is still keeping me busy and largely off teh interwebs, but two things worth highlighting this week:

First, as I mentioned earlier this week, shadesong and gwynraven are producing a joint Wind Tunnel Dreams this week, with wonderful retellings of fairy tales. This is to raise money to get Gwyn -- who is family, dammit -- here for Thanksgiving. As always, if you like what you read, you can donate at the links on any of the posts. Second, taraoshea -- who was listmom for my very first ever fannish listserv (LOISCLA -- the Lois and Clark one) -- is one of the coeditors of Chicks Dig Time Lords, a book of essays best described by its subtitle: A Celebration of Doctor Who by the Women Who Love It. Look at the list of nifty authors there! Seriously good writers, folks. And, you know, it's a book about a damned fine and fun show. My daughter squeed a bit when I showed the Amazon page to her.
