HIMYM Question
Oct. 21st, 2009 09:39 pmSince I've only caught a handful of reruns, I have to know:
Do the kids ever say, "dad, why do we need to know so much about sex lives of you, Aunt Robin, Aunt Lily, Uncle Barney, and Uncle Marshall?"
I mean, it just seems like the end result of the show is that they end up in therapy.
ETA: Also, having just rewatched the pilot, I'm not in the least bit surprised that I didn't end up sticking with the show. And even in later episodes, the laugh track insultingly undercuts so much of the actual humor. Frustrating, when the writing and acting are so often so sharp.
