State of the yendi

Still sick. Better today than before, but still have a mild fever and a not-so-mild sore throat, as well as a hacking cough. Acetaminophen has been my friend.

A trip to the doctor yesterday confirmed that it wasn't strep, flu, or pneumonia (or anthrax). Just a nasty virus. It's been a long time since anything has kept me down for this long, and I can't say I like it. No sir, not one bit.

If all goes well, I'll set foot in the office for the first time in nearly a week tomorrow.

Sounds like what I and ariesd have had. I had relapse that kicked my butt back down after being back at work for 4 days, so be careful. I think my mistake was not staying hydrated enough.

ariesd is on Day 4 himself and not really feeling up to getting out of bed just yet.

And yeah, I can not remember the last time I was this sick for this long. But I am finally feeling somewhat human again, 2 1/2 weeks later.
