Anyone in Uganda?

yendiAccording to Google Voice, I missed three phone calls on the way to work today from "+256202867948".
Using a reverse country code lookup, these calls appear to be in Uganda. Since the only folks who use my cell are generally in MA, I suspect this was a wrong number (and no message was left). In case I'm mistaken, anyone I know live there?
(I think these were to my cell, which had run out of juice, but as far as I know, there's no way to tell in GVoice if a call was to a forwarding number or straight to my Wyoming-based Google Voice number).
