yendiSo, Georgia GOP Rep. Phil Gingrey (and you know that between the GA GOP -- which might oust Saxby Chambliss for being too liberal -- and being a Rep from that state whose last name begins with "Gingr," this has to be good) decided to defend Todd Akin.
See, "legitimate rape" thing was all because women, you know, lie about rape. Seeing this link literally ten seconds after reading Andrew Vachss venting about the rape culture and bias inherent even in surveys designed to measure myths like this was incredibly timely.
Meanwhile, here's a piece on abuse and rape in fetish communities and particularly on Fetlife, and the natural attempt to cover it all up.
Yeah, I'm all sunshine and bunnies in my internet browsing today, it seems.
