I've been saying recently that I wish they would just NOT apologize (insufficiently), and own their awfulness, because I know too many people who think it's "good enough" and they can go to PAX without feeling guilty.

I'm working on it. I am at least HAVING those conversations with people. And at least some of them already go to Arisia, so .... yeah.
