Joe Arpaio, America's Worst and Most Corrupt Sheriff, will cost the taxpayers of Arizona over $20 million over the next two years for his bigoted and vile actions.

I'm not surprised in the least, but I remain appalled at Arizona's willingness to reelect him, even with my usual lowered expectation of the American public.
