I've actually been to Rocco's (I grew up in NYC), and yeah, they're amazing. I suspect the ones in San Jose aren't quite on that level, but I'd still be willing to try one, for science and all.
Well. Now I want a cannoli. And I have none. This thing sounds delicious. But if you want a donut and a cannoli why not just buy one of each? Then you can eat one while you are reading a book, and have the other later.
