Mar. 14th, 2002 12:35 pmSo I'm sitting here, listening to Billy Joel songs on iTunes (just finished Sometimes a Fantasy, still the best song ever written about phone sex), and I glanced at the "genre" classifications. For some reason, the cddb classifies all of An Innocent Man as "alternative." Hunh? I mean, I love Billy's music, but even during his Angry Young Man years (pretty much anything before Glass Houses), he was definitely a mainstream rocker. They also classify No Man's Land (the only good song Billy's had since 1990) as Jazz. Um, no. Was CDDB this sucky before they were bought out?
