If I were a sappy movie ballad, I would be Iris from City of Angels Hiding from people inside my own world because I "don't think that they'd understand," I believe I have only one true love which I'd "give up forever to touch." Unfortunately after touching this one true love, they forget to watch where they're going and smash into a truck. What sappy movie ballad are you?

Crap. I hate the Goo Goo Dolls, Meg Ryan, and Nick Cage. This is like the epitome of all that sucks, rolled up into one crappy-ass music video that was played 24/7 on VH-1 and MTV.

Poo-Poo Dolls

Feeling immature there. So, my sister in law and I scored this trip to Las Vegas a few years ago. The only problem is that we had no idea who they were. No matter. Since the radio station was paying for our trip, we were REQUIRED to go to the G-G D concert. They played "Iris" THREE TIMES. It was only about an 1 hour concert. I had to have four cocktails to get through it.

Ack! That sounds awful!

I wouldn't hate them so much if A) every song wasn't exactly the same, B) every song wasn't a crappy ballad, and C) they (and their label, and MTV) didn't present themselves as some sort of alterna-rock band, instead of the long-haired balladeers they really are. Mind you, I'd still hate them, just not as much.
