shadesong can get sleep when I want to stay awake and read. Also got a 12-pack of coke for her, and at the register, I saw Made on DVD for $9.04. I enjoyed the movie a lot, and at that price, with all the extras (including telestrated commentary -- just like on Monday Night Football!), it was a no-brainer.
Then we went to Galyans to get softball mitts, as I'll be on the IM team that Mike is getting together. Found a great glove, and then we looked at bats (Mike wants his own). These bats were $200! What a frigging rip!
So we went back to Target. :-) Miike got a cheap bat, and I found the Spider-Man boxers I posted about a few days ago, so I had to buy them. :-)
After, we went to Circuit City, so I could return the piece of shit American flag CD player 'song's dad got her for Mother's day. Got credit, and picked up Ocean's 11 and The Others on DVD in exchange, paying only $5 more for the discs (it was a $30 cd player).
Then we headed to Sword of the Phoenix, so that Mike could see the local gaming store, and I picked up PVP#4 (the Matrix parody).
We finished off with a stop at Moe's Southwestern grill, a new chain of burrito places. Fun place, and damned good food. Good service, too.
Then I was dropped off at home, and 'song and I went for ice cream. :-)
