:-) I was using Atlanta Cutlery as an example, but they have about a bajillion catalogs at google now.Including all sorts of nifty food ones. I didn't realize how many places there were to get good smoked fish.

dude. you can so not go wrong with the Atlanta Cutlery catalog. okay, some of their stuff is pure wall-hanger decorative shite that would snap at the hilt if you were to actually try to use it, but a surprising amount is most functional. and it's all just ever so shiny and pretty.
