So, a game I like to passively play with the friends' friends page is to try to figure out who the people belong to. It's pretty easy with names I've seen already, of course, or for certain topics (gee, someone who's writing Clark/Lex slash -- could it be a friend of edie22?). But I was fooled last night -- I came across the_yellow_king, and would have bet that he was a friend of arkhamrefugee's (since Chambers was a strong influence on Lovecraft). Turns out he's a friend of kellinator's instead. At least there's no scoreboard.

The real point is, there's a nice new hardcover edition of TKiY, and it's highly recommended.

Um, not that I would know or anything, but I have read a Clark/JC one. And a Lex/Lance one. Just, you know, as research.

I guess it speaks to how twisted I am (as well as how ignorant in the way of Boy Bands), that, when I saw JC, I thought it was a certain alleged son of an alleged diety, and thought it sounded fucking hysterical.
