The Senate has already voted 99-0 to oppose the court ruling on the Pledge. Yes, even the folks like Charlie Schumer and Paul Wellstone voated this way.

Sigh. Talk about someone unfuckingqualified to be in the Senate.

We've got Zell Miller, who hasn't voted on the left side of the fence since he suckered the voters into re-electing him. I still believe that when Paul Coverdell died (and rarely did a member of Congress deserve to shuffle off the mortal coil more than him), his evil spirit somehow possessed Miller (who was appointed his replacement). I'm certain there are pictures of Miller's head spinning around and spitting pea soup at his aidea.
