My brother once started his day by going downstairs for a clean shirt and stepping barefoot on a dead bird that our cat had not only managed to smuggle into the house, but had disassembled on the living room floor. So when he stepped on the first bit and tried to hop off it, he landed on some more of it. Rinse lather, repeat. ick.
