I got sick of writing long descriptions for each account reset. So I decided to get palindromic:

Problem Resolution: Reset password

Yeah, I'm lame.

But this has been a long day.

ok, silly me, forgot that html uses those nice little angle brackets for something else, so of course it left out the - insert copulative participle - bit between "an" and "idiot"

I'll get the hang of this one day
