adellyna -- 1. Because I hatehatehate large groups of people, which I'll be dealing with all weekeend, and 2. Because I'm a salaried employee, and just as I benefit from getting to have short hours in the summer time, I really am expected to put in as many online hours getting stuff done for back to school as needed, and I'll be completely shirking that part of my job.
