WilWheaton.net is available as an RSS feed, as is Neil Gaiman's journal. I read both of them with NetNewsWire every day.

RSS allows websites that do updates (such as WilWhaton.net or slashdot.org) to have their XML output fed into a newsreader program. I dunno what the best Windows RSS readers are (although I'm pretty sure that one of the programs I use, Amphetedesk, is made for Windows as well), but I'm sure someone out there must.
