Elayna called me in to tell me that her nightlight had gone out last night. I unplugged it to get a new bulb, and as I reached to unscrew the bulb, I felt something sharp. The bulb had broken sometime last night! Fortunately, I managed not to cut my hand. I ordered Elayna out of the room, got the dustbusted, and cleaned up the six or seven pieces of glass, but it still freaked me out. Thank goodness her nightlight was in an area that she doesn't really walk in. Cuts on the bottom of the feet are no good.
