yendiSo, Elayna has started playing the Sonic Smash Pack for the Dreamcast. Most of the games on there are ones that I figured would be either too violent (Altered Beast), too hard (Revenge of Shinobi), or just not interesting enough for her. I pretty much figured she'd be playing Sonic, or Sega Swirl, or Columns.
I just peeked in, and she was playing Phantasy Star 2. Which (for those of you not into old-school videogames) was pretty much the Sega answer to Final Fantasy (back when FF represented a good franchise). It's a rich, complex RPG, and the one I thought she'd have the least interest in. Granted, she stopped playing after about half an hour, but that was a lot more than I expected.

Its really a Nintendo area here..
