Okay, things have taken a turn for the sucky. Got sick this afternoon. Really sick. Like, majorly icky, instestinal stuff that struck out of nowhere. So that killed the afternoon of the conference. I basically spent the last six hours in the hotel, within easy reach of the bathroom. And no, this isn't my typical mildly-inconveniencing stuff. This was as bad as what I had last March.

On top of that, it looks like all Emory email services are down (I can't even telnet in), so I can't check email. :-( This double sucks, since I can't just wait online like I'd do at home.

And, some of you (no names mentioned, but it's more than one) TALKED ABOUT BUFFY WITHOUT USING SPOILER TAGS. And since I'm only barely skimming my friends' page, it wasn't too bad. But it could have been.

On the plus side, I did see Bird of Prey (who'd have thunk it -- Lori Laughlin still can't act), and Memento's on Starz right now. So I'm going to curl up under the covers and hope I'm okay for the presentation tomorrow (worse comes to worse, I can always have Alan just do all of it, but I'd like to at least be there).
