I'm rapidly becoming addicted to the Food Network's show Unwrapped. I was first hooked on the episode about vending machines, which featured a nice segment on the Horn and Hardart automats (I was so depressed to learn that the last one closed when I was away in college, as the automat was one of my favorite "restaurants" as a kid), but the episode about appetizers, showing the Nancy's Quiche story, was a hell of a lot of fun. Although it gave short shrift at the end to dim sum, most of the other segments were worthwhile (including a look at the TGI Fridays test kitchens).
Sigh. The less food I eat, the more obsessed with it I become.
