mild self-promotion

I dropped my comics column at chud late last year, due to a combination of work and personal stress making hitting a weekly deadline nigh-impossible. But I've had the urge to write on deadline again, and I've been looking for a chance that wasn't weekly. And I found a wonderful one at one of my other favorite websites. I'm now the horror columnist for Bookslut, which, aside from being a great monthly 'zine (and having one of the best urls on the web), is also the home of one of my favorite blogs.

You can find my first column over here, but really, head to the main page (maybe after reading the column), since the rest of the site is always worth reading.

Congratulations! And excellent work.

And I remember when it was indeed, Alfred Hitchcock's Three Investigators. I think I read every single book in grade school. :)
