I'm really starting to resent Buffy nights, mainly because of what it does for me the next day at work. Wednesdays are always hell days, and getting through them on four or five hours of sleep is just godawful. And on top of that, tomorrow, bright and early, is one of the two or three most important meetings of the year (and one I'll be running).

So no, I'm not watching the Angel season finale. I'll be falling down in an unconscious heap shortly.

This wasn't an "Oh, my god I can't believe you missed this" season finale. It was mostly a "well this is the groundwork we are laying for next season, cause we might get cancelled" season finale.

You are welcome to come to my house any night, Adam, and crash here. The kids are IN BED by 10pm at latest and although we stay up sometimes, we can easily stay in the other end of the house sos not to wake you. Our couch is comfy as hell and more than large enough for anyone.

Oh, the reason I stay up so late is Gilmore Girls -- it's the best of the Tuesday shows, by far. I just don't like having three shows in one night. That ends in two weeks. But thanks for the offer! :-)

The Angel season finale turned around my entire opinion of the show. I've despised 90% of this season, with a few minor exceptions, and this ep actually made me interested in watching if there's another year.

I only watched the first half this morning, but there wasn't a single weak or wasted moment so far (including the nearly 60 seconds of silence, even).

Then again, Lilah is my favorite character, so I knew I'd like this episode.
