Books!

So, I was wondering what books to bring with me on my trip to Michigan.

The mail call today answered me.

I got:

The Wee Free Men (by Pterry)

and the first book in The Guin Saga (English Translation). This is the first in a series of fantasy novels that has hit 89 books in Japan. I'm quite intrigued.

Both are review copies for Bookslut.

And I also got the second and third Dark Future books that Kim Newman wrote under the psuedonym Jack Yeovil (Elvis in the future, fighting mutants and Mormans!).

So yeah, I got my reading material. :-)

Cool. I like what Newman I've read. Say, have you checked out http://www.iblist.com/ ? I've been volunteering there since March adding and editing entries. Seems like it might be up your alley. If nothing else, create a user and rate some of your favorites. The rankings are really lopsided still...
