How bad can a movie get?
Aug. 1st, 2003 07:08 amSo far, Rottentomatoes.com (which collects movie reviews) has Gigli with a 0% Fresh rating, out of 45 reviews. This means that not one reviewer so far has liked the movie. For comparison, last week's deadly duo of Tomb Raider 2 and Bad Boys 2 (two of the worst-received films of the year) came in at around 26%. From Justin to Kelly came in with a 9% Fresh rating. Pretty much any movie will have a good review or two. But Gigli has an 0-Fer so far.
My local paper has the best comment: "It's the stuff Mystery Science Theater 3000s are made of." On that note alone, I might have to rent it.
In other movie news, our cats have pretty much destroyed our League of Extraordinary Gentlemen poster, which is a sign that they have good taste, I guess.
