I have SO many mixed feelings about this. I weigh Bloom County versus Outland, and then mix in George Lucas, and I find myself in an equation that I don't want to look at.
This is not a comment on the above, I'm afraid, but I've just been belatedly answering a "so why did you friend me?" query on someone else's journal, and thought I'd better do a pre-emptive one in this case.
I heard about Shadesong's journal going down, and suddenly found I have only one other person on my friends list with even a tenous link with her, and panicked that if she never restores the journal I might be forever wondering if she's OK. So I've friended you, OK? [SHY APOLOGETIC HALF-SMILE]
If she's up to accepting hugs from relative strangers yet, here's one from me: <HUG>.
