Frankly, I would consider beating the crap out of Canadian judges named Fred Kovatch to be the epitome of a victimless crime.

Beating the crap out of him and also shoving a hardcover copy of Piers Anthony's Firefly (from which the moron obviously gets his judicial "knowledge") as far as possible into his rectum would earn bonus points.
