I have a pretty good palate, and honestly, caviar just leaves me cold. I'd rather have some nice smoked salmon and dill on toast points - caviar is too salty.
I really like caviar, but I think it's overvalued, and gets its priciness from the supply/demand situation. It is too salty, but I like it in the right dish.
Yep, my boyfriend just showed that to me this weekend. He said he didn't wnat to show me, but he figured I'd foind out about it sooner or later. ;) My wishlist, in addition to being filled with clothes (which my family likes to buy me for $WINTER_HOLIDAY), is slowly being topped off with cheeses and steaks and seafood. :)
