Everyone's posting stuff about how exciting ROTK was, etc.

Call me old school, but nothing will ever replace ROT13 for me. ROTK can't do crap with Usenet posts.

Well, first we need to know if that is K in SI terms--1000 or K in computer terms (but not in hard drive manufacturers terms)--1024.

If it is 1000, then ROTK == ROT12 since 1000 modulo 26 equals 12.
If it is 1024, then it is ROT10.

Neither have ROT13's simple elegance. ROT13 once and it is encrypted. ROT13 again, poof, you've just violated the DMCA.

With ROTK you have to keep ROTting until it looks right.
