I'm a devoted carnivore, but veggie burgers are VERY tasty :)

I even make them from scratch sometimes. I have a recipe somewhere in my journal.

I like the taste of the Boca burgers a lot, and I can prepare 'em in the microwave (ditto the bacon). Much easier than "real" burgers, without as much cleanup. :-)

I don't fault you for this at all - they've managed to approximate beef pretty well (and truthfully I like certain veggie burgers better than many kinds of meat burgers), but fake bacon is still totally nasty!

I actually like the Morningstar fake bacon, but it doesn't taste like bacon. I sometimes eat it "raw" out of the package (something I wouldn't exactly risk with real bacon).
